Smoked Oyster Roll

ingredients

2 Pkg. cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
1 Can smoked oysters
seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. sour cream
Worcestershire sauce

directions

  1. Drain oysters well. Put all of juice in cream cheese.
    Mix all ingredients except oysters. Chop oysters.
  2. Spread cheese mixture on waxed paper. Lay oysters down middle of
    cheese mixture. Roll sides to form a roll. Let set overnight.
  3. Garnish with seasoned salt, chopped oysters or parsley. Slice
    and serve on crackers.
